Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and balance using a large sturdy piece of equipment called a reformer machine.
The reformer consists of a system of springs and pulleys to provide resistance, which helps to build strength, flexibility and improves overall range of motion.
It's a very effective low-impact exercise that can be adapted for all levels.
